Who We Are
TNT Colorado (“TNT Colorado,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) is a design/build landscaping company based in Windsor, Colorado, serving Northern Colorado.
These Terms apply to the Site. They are not a contract for landscaping, construction, or other field work.
Project Contracts Control
Any proposal, estimate, work authorization, or contract you sign with us for a project or service controls that work.
If there is a conflict between these Terms and a signed project or service agreement, the signed agreement supersedes these Terms for that project or service. Pricing, scope, schedule, materials, warranties, payments, change orders, and job-site terms are set in that agreement, not on this website.
Requesting information, submitting a form, or receiving an estimate does not create a binding contract for work.
Using the Site
You may use the Site to learn about our work, view examples, and contact us. You agree to:
- Use the Site only for lawful purposes
- Provide accurate information when you contact us or submit a form
- Not attempt to disrupt, scrape, or misuse the Site
- Not copy our content for commercial use without permission
We may update, limit, or discontinue any part of the Site at any time.
Estimates and Website Content
Photos, descriptions, pricing ranges, timelines, and project examples on the Site are for general information. Actual conditions, materials, access, permits, and design choices affect cost and schedule.
An estimate or conversation is not a final offer unless we confirm it in a signed project or service agreement.
Forms and Communications
If you send us a message or form, you give us permission to use that information to respond and, if you are interested in our services, to follow up. Occasional updates or offerings may be sent as described in our Privacy Policy.
Do not submit information you are not authorized to share. You are responsible for the content of your messages.
Intellectual Property
The Site’s text, photos, logos, designs, and other content belong to TNT Colorado or our licensors. You may view and share pages for personal, non-commercial use. You may not copy, republish, or use our content to sell services or products without our written permission.
Project photos may show completed work. Those images remain our property unless a signed agreement says otherwise.

The Site may use or link to third-party services, such as maps, reviews, social media, video, forms, analytics, or advertising tools. Those services have their own terms and privacy practices. We are not responsible for them.

To the fullest extent allowed by law, TNT Colorado disclaims implied warranties related to the Site, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent allowed by law, TNT Colorado is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or lost-profit damages arising from your use of the Site, including reliance on website content or inability to use the Site.
Our total liability related to the Site will not exceed ten dollars ($10).
This limit applies to website use only. Liability for a project or service is governed by the signed agreement for that work.

Changes

Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Colorado, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Venue for disputes about the Site is in the state or federal courts serving Weld County, Colorado, unless a signed project or service agreement sets a different venue for that work.
