Restrictions
- Cannot be combined with any other offers
- Limited to systems with 12 or fewer zones
- Appointments must be scheduled back-to-back
- Properties must be within close proximity (1–2 minute drive max)
- Must have one point of contact for scheduling
- No well/pump systems (non-potable HOA is okay)
- Payments due at time of service
What you need from your neighbors
- Owner name for each property
- Address of each property
- Mobile phone for owner
- Email address for owner
- Number of zones for each property
